Several high-ranking Democratic state lawmakers came together on the Greenfield Bridge and called for a plan from Gov. Tom Corbett to fund mass transit in Pennsylvania and improve roads and bridges. Allegheny County Executive Rich Fitzgerald says it's "a jobs issue" that affects the Pittsburgh economy.
